GIVINGS...GIFTS...THE GIVER

MIRACLES… Amazing things!

Do we think that miracles are only the blind receiving sight? The lame walking?  Hasn't Jesus said that if you…yes, YOU... have as LITTLE as a mustard seed of faith and say to a mountain, be removed and cast into the sea that it will ?  Did Jesus say this to taunt us or set us up for failure?  No, that is not in the nature of God or His Son Jesus.  Miracles were and are a way of life for Jesus. He has told us, because of His great love for us and so He wants good things for us!

Jesus said in John to abide in Him, and if you are in me, and my word is in you, you can ask what you will and it will be done! Doesn't it make perfect sense that if you are abiding in Jesus, the Holy Spirit in you that you are going to have at least mustard seed faith?  So say. And keep the faith.

I believe things that would not or could not manifest will indeed for that one. For the one saying... For the one believing with that tiny mustard seed of faith.

Having faith in the face of impossible is not easy. You have to push faith out of yourself and SAY what God says. Simply say, and keep saying. The times I have pressed through doubt and unbelief I have been blessed in amazing ways. But, don't stop saying once you receive the blessing. Don't say to yourself, "I don't need to do that, I am so blessed." Keep it up.

It is written if you walk in the Spirit you will not  fulfill the desires of the flesh. The Holy Spirit, there every moment to help you, will keep you from sin in time of temptation. Be holy spirit conscious.

Miracles are for now. They are for every moment you need them whether your keys are locked in your truck or praying earnestly for someone stumbling on a dark path brought on by addiction to some "other method" of seeking solace in life than the Holy Spirit.

People may think you irresponsible or looney tunes if you say in hard times that 'God has this!'God will come through! God is my help!

Jesus told us greater things than these, will you do...

Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that believeth on me, the works that I do shall he do also; and greater works than these shall he do; because I go unto my Father. John 14:12

Why would He say that? Have faith in God and his Son Jesus. Have faith in prayer! Have faith in faith!

I have heard it said as though it were God speaking, "Doubt your doubt, not ME."

Have faith in God who is love, is full of mercy, grace, and compassion! He is not a trickster! He is the lover of souls!

One of the names of God is Jehovah Jireh, God the Provider. He is that great standard who will provide all you need. He is the God of more than enough. This is  a God designed truth, and a promise.  Therefore believe and say in need, God provides for my EVERY need. Trust Him. I will trust you Lord. Stand back and wait on the Lord and BELIEVE it will be done.

I BELIEVE-- I will not pretend these scriptures don't exist.

Give and it shall be given unto you.

Give, and it will be given to you. A good measure, pressed down, shaken together, and running over will be poured into your lap. For with the measure you use, it will be measured back to you." Luke 6:38 English Revised Version (ERV)

But whoso hath the world's goods, and beholdeth his brother in need, and shutteth up his compassion from him, how doth the love of God abide in him? 1st John 3:17

Abide. Walk in the Spirit. Put your hand to the plow and also SAY. This isn't some newly discovered message. This is the ageless word of God! The word is an amazing force. Likewise our words are an amazing force created and installed into mankind. Activated by faith. What do you have faith in? Do you speak failure? Doom? Defeat? What do you doubt?

Put your faith in God and doubt your doubt, not God!

What an exciting realization when it comes! I hope this word and these scripture references will help to usher in your epiphany.

What are miracles in relation to God? I would say they are God simply keeping his word and his promise to us. Showing his power through us as vessels of His glory.

With only a grain of faith, the size of a mustard seed you can say to this mountain be moved and cast into the sea and it would be so. THAT is an amazing...profound...out of the realm of natural things. THAT is an example of a miracle.

Did Jesus mean we should go around and move great massive towers of rock? I think he was conveying the size of a situation and the size of faith it takes to change the structure of a thing. I believe he was conveying the possibility of the impossible.

Please note in the following verse that the 1st scripture speaks of whom the power is attributed to. Notice it is firmly attributed to the Holy Spirit of God here:

Zechariah 4:5 So the angel who was speaking with me answered and said to me, "Do you not know what these are?" And I said, "No, my lord." 6Then he said to me, "This is the word of the LORD to Zerubbabel saying, Not by might nor by power, but by My Spirit,' says the LORD of hosts. 7What are you, O great mountain? Before Zerubbabel you will become a plain; and he will bring forth the top stone with shouts of "Grace, grace to it!"'"…

POSSIBLE  VS   IMPOSSIBLE

Are you familiar with the scriptures in the bible that convey  the possible VS the impossible?

I posted  some verses at the very end. Or you can open this link. These will help build your faith in the POSSIBLE of God.

  https://www.kingjamesbibleonline.org/Bible-Verses-About-All-Things-Are-Possible/

Faith, Say, Done. Who is the actual performer of the miracle? Easy Holy Spirit power of God. Believing participant exercising a grain of faith. God keeping His word. He watches over His word and is faithful to perform it. Jeremiah  1:11-19  God is no respecter of persons

MIRACLES. what are they in relation to God? I would say they are God simply keeping his word and his promise to us. Even with a grain of faith you can say to this mountain be moved and cast into the sea and it would be so.

11 The word of the LORD came to me, saying, ‘Jeremiah, what do you see?’ And I said, ‘I see an almond branch.’ Then the LORD said to me, ‘You have seen well, for I am watching over my word to perform it’” (1 11–12).

Notice this is NOT some new age mantra that attributes or glorifies the universe. Those who do that want the gift but not the giver and they take the glory and credit away from the Holy Spirit of God the Giver. They will fall flat and empty. God is the giver and salvation through his Son Jesus is the greatest gift to mankind. All the rest are givings that follow after those who believe.

Think this to be the proverbial carrot? No, not at all. Presentation of man might convey this but certainly is not the case. It is more like being a child of a King and having every thing and benefit and inheritance provided by a Great King who loves all of his children.

Here this scripture is in 3 different translations of the bible.

Luke 11:13

If ye then, being evil, know how to give good gifts unto your children, how much more shall your heavenly Father give the Holy Spirit to them that ask Him?”

ASV

If ye then, being evil, know how to give good gifts unto your children, how much more shall your heavenly Father give the Holy Spirit to them that ask him?

AMP

If you, then, being evil [that is, sinful by nature], know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your heavenly Father give the Holy Spirit to those who ask and continue to ask Him!”

This link will lead you to the same scripture translated in many versions of the bible :  https://www.biblegateway.com/verse/en/Luke%2011%3A13

Ephesians 1: 17- 21That the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, may give you a spirit of wisdom and of revelation in the knowledge of him, having the eyes of your hearts enlightened, that you may know what is the hope to which he has called you, what are the riches of his glorious inheritance in the saints, and what is the immeasurable greatness of his power toward us who believe, according to the working of his great might that he worked in Christ when he raised him from the dead and seated him at his right hand in the heavenly places, far above all rule and authority and power and dominion, and above every name that is named, not only in this age but also in the one to come.

There is a thread throughout the whole word of God with His possible proving itself against the impossible! Doesn't the word convey that through faith God will deliver from the impossibility of things?

Mankind stepping out with a mustard seed of faith and believing on the Lord Jesus Christ who takes away the sin of the world. To those who believe the first mountain is removed. The mountain of eternal death and damnation versus eternal life and abundant living. Remember, this is a Great King who manifests His Great love in givings to His children.

My father is a Great King. He is the creator of heaven and earth and the giver of good things to his children. Recall the scriptures above?

First and foremost, God delivers us from sin through faith in his Son Jesus as the Savior of the souls of human kind.

Coram Deo

Tweet this Living coram Deo is to live one’s entire life in the presence of God, under the authority of God, to the glory of God

God said to Jeremiah, “They shall not prevail against you, for I am with you, declares the Lord, to deliver you” (Jer. 1:19). This promise was not just for Jeremiah, but it is for all the faithful servants of God. The enemies of the Lord can do their best, but the gates of hell will not prevail against His church (Matt. 16:18).  The POSSIBLE of GOD!

Here are those verses from the earlier posted link:

Matthew 19:26 - But Jesus beheld [them], and said unto them, With men this is impossible; but with God all things are possible.

Luke 1:37 - For with God nothing shall be impossible.

Philippians 4:13 - I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me.

Mark 10:27 - And Jesus looking upon them saith, With men [it is] impossible, but not with God: for with God all things are possible.

Mark 9:23 - Jesus said unto him, If thou canst believe, all things [are] possible to him that believeth.

Matthew 17:20 - And Jesus said unto them, Because of your unbelief: for verily I say unto you, If ye have faith as a grain of mustard seed, ye shall say unto this mountain, Remove hence to yonder place; and it shall remove; and nothing shall be impossible unto you.

Isaiah 41:10 - Fear thou not; for I [am] with thee: be not dismayed; for I [am] thy God: I will strengthen thee; yea, I will help thee; yea, I will uphold thee with the right hand of my righteousness.

Mark 11:24 - Therefore I say unto you, What things soever ye desire, when ye pray, believe that ye receive [them], and ye shall have [them].

Jeremiah 32:17 - Ah Lord GOD! behold, thou hast made the heaven and the earth by thy great power and stretched out arm, [and] there is nothing too hard for thee:

Luke 18:27 - And he said, The things which are impossible with men are possible with God.

Romans 8:31 - What shall we then say to these things? If God [be] for us, who [can be] against us?

Job 42:2 - I know that thou canst do every [thing], and [that] no thought can be withholden from thee.

Genesis 18:14 - Is any thing too hard for the LORD? At the time appointed I will return unto thee, according to the time of life, and Sarah shall have a son.

Jeremiah 32:27 - Behold, I [am] the LORD, the God of all flesh: is there any thing too hard for me?

Isaiah 46:10 - Declaring the end from the beginning, and from ancient times [the things] that are not [yet] done, saying, My counsel shall stand, and I will do all my pleasure:

Finally I want to wrap this blog time up with the only place in the whole bible where God calls on us to test him. Malachi 3:10
"Bring all the tithes (the whole tenth of your income) into the storehouse, that there may be food in My house, and prove Me now by it, says the Lord of hosts, if I will not open the windows of heaven for you and pour you out a blessing, that there shall not be room enough to receive it."

At this link you will find many different bible translations for this particular scripture but I am giving this link because of the commentary you will find when you scroll down. Read and absorb it all. I believe this is verse with a great promise of God attached to it for us all to believe in! Otherwise these words lay dormant to us, seed never planted, watered, and without harvest. Just like our salvation. It is there for us, but it is for us to believe (on the Lord Jesus' as the only begotten son of God, his death, burial and resurrection for the redemption of  humankind and receive the blessing of eternal life.

The whole of the word is tied to faith, promises, believing, the possible of God versus the impossible of unbelief!

My Truest Love

March 5th, 2013
From Window of Heaven
by Linda Dulin
RE-POSTED

Ever once in a while creation speaks perfectly.
Ever once in a while I mean, I hear.
Beautiful cream roses in the garden, tinged in blush, in different stages of growth on one lone bush.
Each stage beautiful in its own way and one as fragrant as the other.
Speaks that women are the same. I am romanced.
Amazing song filled air, a musical liturgy served in the sky.
A crisp breeze that carries the sound of many blissful notes.
I marvel drinking in the rapture of God's true love that spills over the blessed.
God's Liturgy to us, without hour set it comes  serendipitously ambushing the me.
Love reigns all around, unseen.
God's love quiets us.
My Truest love.

This is beautiful
Zephaniah 3:17 NIV:
The Lord your God is with you,
He is mighty to save.
He will take great delight in you,
He will quiet you with His love,
He will rejoice over you with singing.

I made some really cute tiny birds of polymer clay and fired and glazed them last night. I put little eye pins so a jump ring can be added to wear on loop earrings and some for a sweet necklace. I will post them soon.

Another day of this Blog

Nature is so totally inspiring. It is my great muse. This project was inspired no doubt by the smallest of creatures. In the morning when I open my door to the world outside my home the beautiful song of the Texas Mockingbird welcomes me. I can't tell you how it effects me if on an off day I don't get that welcome.
So inspired by wild birds am I that every creative thing I have done lately has to do with them. I celebrate their beautiful song they give freely to the world. Is the world listening I wonder?

Here are some things I have been working on . I will post more as time goes by.

Day 1 of this Blog

March 4th, 2013

Introduction

Nature is so totally inspiring. It is my great muse. This project was inspired no doubt by the smallest of creatures. In the morning when I open my door to the world outside my home the beautiful song of the Texas Mockingbird welcomes me. I can't tell you how it effects me if on an off day I don't get that welcome.

So inspired by birds am I that every creative thing I have done lately has to do with them. I celebrate their beautiful song they give freely to the world. Is the world listening I wonder?

Here are some things I have been working on . I will post more as the month of March progresses.

These first two are wall hangings. The scene was cut from some vintage fabric given to me by a friend who couldn't think of a use for it. Turns out to be perfect for these love birds.
The 1X4 scrap board I painted with Martha Stewart pink and still need to add some finishing touches somehow. I will update as I do.

These sweet friends were cut from vintage fabric as well. I used snaps for their eyes.  The mounting board was scrap just as I found it, from a remodel of a 70 year old home that has layers and layers of old chippy paint. It is just perfect!

I mounted hangers on the backs of each of the boards so they hang easily.

03/04/2013:  I will be posting more.
